The week against sexist violence has culminated in making visible the forty-two women murdered by their partners or ex-partners in Spain so far this year. Reflection, truthful information and empathy are still necessary to tackle this scourge towards half of the population in Spain and in the world. To this end, #TalentSchool of #IESFranciscodelosRios has held an event in which debate, training, critical thinking and consensus have been integrated, answering the question: Do Social Networks Hypersexualize Women?
After the debate, there was a choral reading of the poem «Utopia» by 1st Bach D student Cristina Jurado Alcántara and the tribute to the murdered women, saying their name so that they are not forgotten as a cold statistic. NOT ONE LESS IES Francisco de los Ríos for EQUALITY.
